We take the pressure off you, and pick up where you left off. We will start right away by getting to know you, and what your celebration day vision is without skipping a beat! We will craft and add to your existing design ideas and selections. No matter where you are in your planning process, we are here to produce, manage, and design your big day!
We kick-off the process with an introduction meeting a month away from your event. From there, we let you fill us in on everything you have planned for your celebration! We obsessively pour over the details and execute your event just the way your imagined.

Our kick-off stage is all about you! We love getting to know you and your fiancé. How you met, what you love to do together, your favorite food – you name it, we dive in! We pride ourselves on curating a customized wedding planning and design process just for you!
Now we create your custom to-do list, budget monitoring document, and proposed wedding day timeline. If your venue is not already selected, this is where the scouting takes place! Once we finalize your venue and guest accommodations, we will create your custom design proposal.
We call this part "getting the wheels on the bus"! We work together to find your perfect vendors who are essential to making your day run smoothly. For example - some of your essential vendors are your photographer, catering company, entertainment choice, transportation, and florist!
This is when we get to the real fun stuff – the design of your wedding. We will start building diagrams for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This will give you a complete visual representation of how your event spaces will look on the day of your wedding. Now, we start completely diving into the final planning and customized design elements for your wedding day.
We refer to this stage of the game as the finalization stage. We go in and really narrow down and zoom in on your final decisions. We review every element of your design and wedding plan to make sure your event is cohesive from beginning to end.
Now, we get to the execution. From our day-of staffing assignments, to vendor confirmation sheets - we make sure every item performs in perfect unison for your wedding day. We leave no stone unturned, and make sure every detail is perfectly accounted for.

With the horrible destruction of Hurricane Harvey, the stray dog population in the city of Houston soared to over 300,000 homeless and abandoned dogs. This year, we have chosen to give back to Honoring Hope & Faith Rescue specializing in fostering and finding forever homes for dogs currently placed in high-kill shelters in Houston, Texas.
